Luca started his career with classic consumer packaged goods experiences in multinational companies such as L’Oreal, where in 1997 he managed the successful launch of the old, staid hair-care line, Redken, by proposing a more modern and compelling positioning. In 2000, he moved to M&M/Mars in charge of innovating the company’s brands, and was the head project manager for the online store “My M&M’s”. Later, he was promoted to head of brand marketing and advertising for the Starburst brand where he introduced a new packaging adopted on a worldwide basis.
Luca graduated from Hampshire College in 1992 with a BA in history, and, in 1997, he received a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in marketing and finance from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
